MEYERS CONCRETE 1-Year Limited Warranty CONCRETE Meyers Concrete will place control joints to prevent any cracking in new concrete. Our warranty covers cracks that appear within the first year which have caused concrete to separate or settle. Fiber will be used in the concrete mix to prevent this occurrence. Our warranty does not cover any damage to new concrete due to salt applications during winter months. We suggest you do not apply salt to concrete. Due to the fact that they cannot be prevented, hairline cracks (very small cracks) that do not separate are not covered under this warranty. Hairline cracks appear only on the surface and do not damage the structural integrity of the concrete. SWIMMING POOLS Any workmanship errors or failing material within the first year will be corrected by Meyers Concrete. Our warranty covers plaster, tile, and coping. However, the warranty is void if the pool is not properly winterized and/or pool chemicals are not properly balanced.
